About the EPC at UCSB

The Environmental Planning Coalition is UCSB’s first APA recognized Planning Student Organization (PSO). Founded in October 2014, the EPC has had an immensely successful start, gaining over thirty student members through various events and meetings.

 

The mission of the EPC is to enable future environmental professionals to learn about new urban, regional, and environmental planning topics in the Santa Barbara area; to facilitate network connections with professionals, graduate students, and undergraduates; to obtain information about graduate education in planning; and to work in conjunction with the American Planning Association.

As UCSB's first American Planning Association (APA) Planning Student Organization, the EPC is dedicated to helping undergrads navigate the professional world of planning and consulting.
